Three honest answers
"It is bots and randoms"
The search will not start without signing in. That is not data collection, it is a filter: a throwaway visit and a bot do not take that step. The person opposite signed in too.
"I will be recorded"
Video is never recorded, and a random chat’s text is not written to our permanent database — the server only passes messages on. A short buffer of the session’s last 50 messages expires by itself within 15 minutes of the chat ending. It becomes history only if both of you pressed Connect.
"I never know what to say"
Here that costs nothing: not working, press Next. Nobody is offended and nobody waits three days for a reply. And if your languages differ, subtitles do the talking.
